Founder and Lead Consultant
Elari, the founder and lead consultant of Digifit Partner, has held roles as CEO, factory manager, sales manager, and project manager throughout his career. They are all connected by one line: transforming business processes, engaging teams in change, and making the organization's work more efficient. In recent years, he has conducted ERP implementations in various manufacturing companies as well as in the logistics sector and has also helped improve work in project management and marketing companies.
Having been involved with ERP systems as a user, manager, and implementer, he knows exactly what makes an implementation successful. His master's thesis on the success factors of ERP implementation, defended at the University of Tartu, is the foundation of Digifit's methodology.
